These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Atopsales AI (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Atopsales AI operates strictly under a Wakalah (Agency) model, acting as a sourcing agent to procure and deliver items on behalf of the buyer.

When you create an account, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Atopsales AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, engage in illegal activity, or attempt system abuse, following prior notice and an opportunity to appeal where reasonable. Users facing termination retain access to unearned/unsettled funds or verified refunds due under lawful transactions.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Under our Wakalah framework, Atopsales AI acts merely as your agent to source, negotiate, and facilitate the delivery of goods. Halal Compliance: It is strictly prohibited to use our service to sell, source, or procure Haram (forbidden) items, including but not limited to alcohol, pork products, interest-bearing (Riba) contracts, illicit adult material, gambling tools, or any goods banned by Nigerian law or Islamic principles. Reverse engineering or attempting to discover the proprietary source code of the Service is also strictly prohibited.
The Service is billed on a subscription basis. Subscription charges are processed automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle. All charges are transparent and free of hidden interest (Riba). Upgrades and renewals are managed via your dashboard. Terminations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
In accordance with Islamic commercial law (Khiyar al-'Ayb) and Nigerian Consumer Protection standards (FCCPA 2018), buyers hold the right to return defective goods. If an item procured through our sourcing service arrives damaged, defective, or fundamentally different from its description, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement. Notice of defect must be provided promptly upon delivery.
Return Timeframe: Please make sure your return package is postmarked within 14 days after you submit your return request; otherwise, the return process will be terminated.
Return Shipping Fee: After submitting a return request, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs to send back the return items yourself unless the return is due to seller/agent error or damaged delivery.

Minimum Payout Threshold: The minimum threshold for cash withdrawal is ₦20,000 per request.
Saved Bank Account Details: Users select their financial institution from the supported Nigerian Bank dropdown list and provide accurate 10-digit NUBAN details. Bank details are stored securely for auto-filling subsequent payout requests. Users are responsible for ensuring account names match official banking records and verified identity.
ASI Credits & Conversions: Users may choose to convert cash earnings into ASI credits at a rate of 1 NGN = 5 ASI credits. ASI credits are non-transferable and can be used to purchase products or services on the platform.
We shall own and retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all improvements, enhancements, algorithms, or modifications. You retain any and all of your rights to any content or data you submit, post, or display on or through the Service, and you are responsible for protecting those rights.
Resellers and storefront operators utilizing Atopsales AI operate as independent third-party merchants and are not employees, partners, or legal agents of Atopsales AI.
Off-Platform & WhatsApp Communication: Where a reseller provides direct contact or off-platform ordering links (including WhatsApp chats, external phone numbers, or direct bank transfers), any transactions, negotiations, or payments conducted outside the automated Atopsales AI checkout are executed entirely at the sole risk of the buyer and reseller. Atopsales AI does not verify, process, hold custody of, or guarantee off-platform funds or communications, and disclaims all liability for off-platform reseller fraud, non-delivery, or misrepresentation.
Resellers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Atopsales AI, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any third-party claims, customer disputes, law enforcement inquiries, liabilities, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising out of or related to off-platform transactions, fraudulent conduct, product defects, or reseller breaches of local laws and consumer protections.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atopsales AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of your use of the Service or interactions with independent storefront resellers.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
