We do not store your complete credit card numbers; this sensitive financial data is handled directly by Paystack.
- Logistics & Delivery Data: In our capacity as a Wakalah (sourcing agent), we collect and process delivery addresses, phone numbers, and recipient details strictly for logistics tracking and fulfilling your orders.
- AI Interaction Data: To provide our AI assistant services, we collect the prompts, inventory details, business inquiries, and conversational data you input into Atopsales AI.
- Usage Data: We automatically collect information on how you interact with our platform, including your IP address, browser type, device information, and activity logs.

We use the data we collect to operate your account and improve our services:
- Service Delivery: To provide, maintain, and support the Atopsales AI assistant and its specific features tailored for resellers.
- Transaction Processing: To process subscriptions, upgrades, and billing securely.
- AI Improvement: To analyze interactions with our AI in order to refine our algorithms, improve response accuracy, and build better tools for your business. (Note: We do not use your confidential business data to train public models shared with other users without your explicit consent).
